I want to be able to assign a trace, lets say 2" ABS pipe to two or more layers.
Example: When building a house, I have 2" ABS pipe in the ground, as well as in the wall for the topout phase. When estimating these houses and other projects, I want to be able to hide layers and see other. So, show only the soil pipe, or show only the vent pipe. well, currently I have to have 2" ABS in the trace list 3 times. 2" ABS soil, 2" ABS Topout, 2" ABS Venting...etc. And because I have 3 different traces. Is there a way I can building the soil, then change layers, then build the topout? something to that effect.
Or, do I have to have multiple traces, which gives them different layers but all with the same bid code?
