It would be helpful if you could print Sections of the quantity worksheet. For example, if I have several divisions on my QW like, Masonry, Masonry restoration, Structural Steel, Misc.Iron, It would be nice to be able just to be able to print out just the Masonry, or carpenty, or whatever section I might want to review with a sub. To be able to print out both the recap of the Items,and the expanded measurment list attached, would handy. Again, it is my spreadsheet bias at work here, but If the print engine behaved like Excel or better yet Lotus,that would be terrific.

As you probably know, you can select a rectangle of cells for transfer to Excel or other applications. (Display the quantity worksheet, press F1 for Help and scroll down to "Transferring Information to Other Applications")
What if we added a print option to "Print the Selected Cells"?

That would work great!! Since we really only use the program to check scope on our subs, we really don't have the need to export the QW data to Excel and assign labor, profit and OH. We can print to Adobe and email it to our vendors prior to bid day to insure the scope is covered. Excellent solution. Thanks!!
